As insurance brokers we deal with personal and private information of our clients.

The following information about our clients is shared with other organizations:

• A copy of an application is given to the insurance company so they can issue the policy.
• If the vehicle is leased, a copy of the policy or a binder form (not the application) may be given to the leasing company to prove the car is insured and to prove that their interest in the car is protected.
• If a loan is declared, a copy of the policy or a binder form (not the application) may be given to the lending institution to prove the home or vehicle is insured and to prove that their interest is protected.
• Your banking information or credit card information is given to the Insurance Company or Premium Finance Company so that the payment of the premium can be processed.

Bluenose Insurance Brokers WILL NOT release any of your personal information to ANY other third party unless required to do so by law or unless you give us specific permission to do so.
